One of the leading experts in terrorism combat in Ukraine and abroad. Councillor of Head of State Security Service of Ukraine (SSSU) in the field of terrorism counteraction since 1991. Head of SSSU ALFA Antiterrorist Unit since 1994. Participant of ALFA hundreds of military and special operations and actions. Author of ‘Theoretical and Legal Premises of  Fight Against Terrorism’ thesis – 1998. Initiator of the IAU establishment, the IAU Chairman – 2003. Deputy, First Deputy of the of SSSU Head since 2005. First Deputy Secretary of National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine since 2005. Vice-President of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Enterpreneurs for Corporative Security. Government Awards: Medal For Courage, The SSSU Honorable Decoration, Honorable Diploma of Parliament of Ukraine, Personal Reward Weapon.

ZAYTSEV Gennadiy Nikolayevich

Major-General, the Hero of USSR, Holder of  The Lenin Order,
The Red Banner Order, and The Red Star. Honorary Executive of State Security of the USSR. Serviceman of Moscow Kremlin Superintendant Department special regiment, later promouted to the State Security Service of the USSR, country top leaders safe – guarding serviceman – 1953-1974.

Member of the ALFA  Antiterrorism Unit, later Head of ALFA – 1997-1995, among the first military tasks of the unit was the operation on averting threats to blow up the US Embassy in Moscow – March 28, 1979. Gennadiy Zaitsev was the Head of ALFA when in October 1993 his soldiers refused to participate in military actions against the defenders of Russian Parliament and secured the exit of people out of the burning building. Retired in March 1995. Established the ALFA-95 Security Agency, private security enterprise. Member of the Advisory Council at Federal Security Service of Russian Federation. Member of the Coordinating Council at the Internal Affairs City Administration, Moscow. Vice-President of the Association of veterans of ALFA Antiterrorist Unit Veterans.

ONISCHUK Mykola Vasyliovych

Candidate of Law, Honoured Lawyer of Ukraine.

Author of more than 60 scientific works in the field of economic
regulations. Government Awards: Medals For Services, II and III degrees; Honourable Diploma of the Parliament of Ukraine. Gold Medal of the  National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for young scientists; Honourable Distinction of Union of Lawyers of Ukraine; Honourable Decoration of Union of Lawyers of Ukraine; Special Decorations of 5th and 6th Ukrainian Contest ‘Best Publication on Law’.

President of Yuris Law Firm since 1991. Member of the Ministry of Justice Board, Member of the National Bank of Ukraine Council. First Deputy Chairman of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine; Chairman of the Kyiv City Department of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine; Vice-President of World Congress of Ukrainian Lawyers. Member of Parliament of Ukraine since 2002. First Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Committee for Justice at Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Minister of Justice of Ukraine since 2007.
