IAU IMPLEMENTS

THE CIVIL PROJECT OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL BUSINESS SECURITY SYSTEM FORMATION
aiming to create an efficient security mechanism as the basis of the successful business operation and development in conditions of permanent risks and threats to the market economy in Ukraine.

For the Civil Project realization the IAU has initiated the foundation of:

• Ukrainian and National Service of Economic Security and Investment Protection (ONSEC)
• Center of Advanced Technologies and Security
• Specialized Juridical Consultant Bureau to render assistance at courts of Ukraine with further consideration at the European Human Rights Court

IAU experts have initiated and actively participate in the imple­mentation of:

• ‘Conception of Personnel Security of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ULIE) Members ‘ to ensure business security and form a non-governmental security system nationwide as an important component of state security.

IAU members take an active part in establishment and work of:

• Commission on the ULIE of  Economic Security of Business and Investment Protection
• Bureau of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine on Security, Energy Saving and Investment Protection
• Council of the ULIE on Corporation Security
• Department of the ULIE on Corporation Security
• Expert Commission of the ULIE Council on Corporation Security
• Coordination and Public Councils of State Management Institutions
• Workgroup for Development of National Programme of Private Security of Individuals and Business Private Security.
